Challenge
Bectran had a common fast-growing B2B SaaS problem: the product had scaled, but the website had not.
The old site had 44+ pages with weak hierarchy, flat navigation that buried key features, inconsistent spacing and alignment, and a dated visual system that did not match the confidence expected by enterprise buyers.
For CFOs, VPs of Credit, and AR directors, clarity matters. A disorganized website can create doubt before a demo is even booked.
The redesign focused on three core problems: simplifying navigation, restructuring the information architecture around how buyers understand the product, and creating a cleaner visual system with consistent spacing, CTAs, and reusable Webflow components.
Results
After launch, the redesigned site helped visitors move deeper into the product instead of bouncing early.
The new navigation turned a 40+ feature platform into clearer product pathways, giving enterprise buyers a faster way to understand Bectran’s Credit, Collections, and AR ecosystem.
The Webflow component system also gave the internal team a scalable foundation for landing pages, campaign pages, and future solution pages.
Visually, the site moved from a text-heavy product listing to a cleaner enterprise SaaS experience built to earn trust before a demo is booked.
